Your California privacy rights
Our Privacy Policy describes how we share information for marketing purposes. The policy and rights apply to all customers, including California residents. California provides its residents with specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”).
Right to Specific Information: Under the CCPA, California residents can obtain, twice in a 12-month period, a report containing certain information about the types of Personal Information that we have collected about them. This includes, for example, the specific CCPA Personal Information we have collected about you, the source of the collection, our business or commercial purpose for the collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share the information.
Shine the Light Request: California also provides its residents the right to request that we provide you with a list of certain categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year and the identity of those third parties.
Right to Deletion: The CCPA provides California residents with the right to request that we delete any of your CCPA Personal Information that we have collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correction: The CCPA provides California residents with the right to request that we correct any factual errors in your CCPA Personal Information that we have collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out: The CCPA provides California residents with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their CCPA Personal Information. You can exercise your right to opt-out by contacting P.L.A.Y., as discussed below.

Outside of these rights, the CCPA further provides California residents with the right to certain disclosures by P.L.A.Y., as set forth directly below.
Categories of Personal Data Collected: The categories of CCPA Personal Information that we collect from or about consumers include identifiers (real name, address, IP address, etc.), commercial information (portions of your credit, debit, or other payment information necessary to process payments; payment types and methods used; etc.), demographic information, sensitive personal information (account log-in, access codes, passwords, etc.), internet or other similar networking activity, geolocation data, sensory data, pet information, and inferences drawn from other personal information.
Use of Personal Information: P.L.A.Y. may use each of the categories of CCPA Personal Information discussed above for one or more of the business purposes discussed in this Privacy Policy.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: P.L.A.Y. does not sell your CCPA Personal Information. However, we share your CCPA Personal Information with third parties as discussed above in the paragraphs following “How we share your information outside P.L.A.Y.”
Personal Information Automatically Collected: P.L.A.Y. may automatically collect certain information when you access or use the P.L.A.Y. website. Please see the section “Automated information collection” above for more details.
