What is Club?
Club is a gamified platform that makes brand ambassador experiences more fun, engaging, and rewarding. Members complete “missions” (aka activities) to earn rewards, grow their influence, and connect with other pet lovers.
There are four types of members within Club:
Brand Ambassadors & Content Creators
- Brand Ambassadors: Create UGC-style content that’s authentic, fun, and shareable with your community.
- Content Creators: Focus on polished, high-quality content for P.L.A.Y.’s social media, website, and marketing materials.
* Please Note: You can apply for both roles, but you’ll only be accepted into one based on your content style.
Customers & Revenue Drivers
- Customers: Those who join through a post-purchase email.
- Revenue Drivers: The top-performing ambassadors generating the most sales/commission.

Yes! New missions are posted daily, allowing ambassadors to earn rewards every day. Plus, we run gifted campaigns every 1-2 months, giving you early access to new product launches!

How Is Ambassador Content Used?
- When you receive gifted products or payment for content through Club, you agree to allow P.L.A.Y. to feature your submissions across:
@petplaysf’s Instagram & TikTok - P.L.A.Y.'s website
- Email marketing campaigns
What is Expected of Ambassadors and Content Creators?
- Complete at least two missions per week and/or submit five pieces of content monthly (any content of your pet and products!)
- Follow all mission guidelines & rules
- Engage with the P.L.A.Y. Squad community
